We are happy to share this journey to a good and happy life with you. First, we want to tell you the story behind us and how it all started, so you know we really do this from our hearts. Simply put, Aarja Health is the result of Nordic experience and knowledge of health. Behind the company lies a bottomless love for nature and a desire to live a good and balanced life. Aarja is a combination of Nordic simplicity, Norwegian strength, wisdom from our Sami ancestors and Finnish quality and reliability. In addition to all this, the Mediterranean knowledge of health and nutrition provides a perfect complement to our product design. At the heart of Aarja Health is a strong fighting spirit combined with a simplified appreciation of nature, the earth, people and life.
Aarja's story began with skepticism towards nutritional supplements
Why can't they just be simple and effective? Why can't we trust that the supplements we use are made from safe ingredients that really help our bodies? Have you also thought about these questions? One day, in 2015, Aarja's Norwegian founder Håkon Volden and Aarja's product designer Diego Nazar were talking about their common interest, nutrition, while sipping a good cup of coffee under the Spanish sun and they started thinking: why not produce their own reliable, simple and clean nutritional supplements ?

However, the history of the belief in clean nutrition and holistic well-being goes back even further than that. Håkon, the founder of Aarja, and his wife Elisabeth have both had serious health problems and then successful healing, where nutritional supplements along with healthy habits played a central role in their healing. Their experiences have taught them a great deal about well-being and values of a good life. Aarja represents everything they have been looking for in the health industry, and they want to give everyone the same opportunity to use clean and safe supplements.
