In Finland and Norway, the delivery time is from 2-4 working days.
To Sweden delivery time is from 3-7 days.
In EU and in the UK delivery time is from 3-14 days.

To all other countries’ delivery may vary depending on distance and taxation. Notice that all delivery times mentioned are in a normal situation – seasonal, environmental or political changes may affect normal delivery.

We ship all our packages from our main warehouse from Finland, Seinäjoki. All Norwegian packages are shipped from our Norwegian warehouse.



You have the right to return your purchases within 14 days for a full refund. The right to return is only for products that are unopened, in their original packaging and in saleable condition. We will pay all of the postal costs for returns. The same goes if you notice that products you received are defective for any reason.

At Aarja, we believe in transparency and quality. We promise that all our products are made with the highest quality standards and they contain only exactly what we state on the label. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our products/services, please contact us so we know how we can improve and serve you better.


After you have received the products, you must, as soon as you have the opportunity, check whether the delivery is in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the products have been damaged during transport, or whether there are defects or defects in the products. If the products have faults or defects when you get the products in your possession, you can, depending on the circumstances, demand correction of the defect, re-delivery, price reduction, compensation or that the purchase is canceled.

Notification of defects in the products can be sent to us orally or in writing by notifying customer service within 14 days after you discovered the defect or defect. For evidentiary reasons, we recommend sending us a complaint in writing to customer service. We will confirm receipt of all complaints in writing.

The parties shall endeavor to resolve any disputes amicably. The buyer can contact the Consumer Council for help in a possible dispute with the seller, or the EU Commission's complaint portal can also be used if you want to submit a complaint. We deliver all orders by Finnish Posti or local postal services. Packages are kept at the end postal service location for 7 days (notice this may vary between countries and can be up to 14 days). You get an arrival notification. If you haven't got your package notification or claimed your package please contact us. Unclaimed shipment is not returned unless you contact our customer service to declare it. All unclaimed packages will be automatically charged € 10 for postage and handling in connection with the refund (FINLAND, NORWAY, AND EU). If your order is shipped to the UK or other countries that are not in the EU we will automatically charge the shipping cost when we make a refund. Always contact us if there are any problems with your shipment or order, please.
